NOVEMBER

content creators shine

November was a bright month for Hermittwt content creators! The first episode of the Hermit Fancast aired and did amazingly, the How Bad Can I Be animatic made superwaves and even got noticed by Scar, and the hermittwt info carrd opened to the public!

Firstly, let's start off with the Hermit Fancast! This is a passion project by Tee (@gtwsvex) and it is a podcast that invites guests from hermittwt to talk with each other and Tee while she streams it on her Twitch! The first episode was streamed on November 6th and was extremely successful, peaking at 52 viewers and 93 unique chatters. Some well known people in the community also showed themselves, including Elybeatmaker and the Future Trio (MysticatLive, Frostbyte Freeman, Animagician!) A deserved congratulations to Tee and I'm sure that whenever the new episode comes out it will be just as amazing as the first. We love you Tee!

Now, how bout MCC? MCC 12 was held on November 14th and there were 2 hermit teams, which were both announced on Nov 1. Both teams had extremely positive reception, one being the Aqua Axolotls with FalseSymmetry, Failwhip, Grian, and Rendog. The other was the Lime Llamas which included cubfan135, fruitberries, PearlescentMoon and SmallishBeans. Despite our manifesting, Aqua Axolotls came in 10th place. However on a much better note, Lime Llamas placed second, only being slightly beat out by the Green Guardians. But don't worry, no matter what place our teams are in, we'll support them anyway!

Now let's talk about one of the big things in the room: the How Bad Can I Be animatic by @rosalindbraden. This amazing work of animation made waves in the hermittwt community, with many changing their layouts to frames from the animatic and everyone praising it. The animatic took a song originally from the Lorax and set it to an Evil!Scar AU, with Scar being a corrupt mayor and also corrupting the members of HEP. (Editor's note: this was a absolutely gorgeous animatic and you should go check out it on Youtube here!

Now, there were a few smaller things in the community this month, like the second monthly #HermittwtSelfieDay, the hermittwt Info Carrd being established and opened, and even Daki ratioing Trump with Hermitgang! (Yes, THAT Trump.) So let's go over em! First up, the second monthly #HermittwtSelfieDay. This is a day (the 7th of each month!) where people in hermittwt (if they feel comfortable) post selfies using the hashtag. We looked through all the pretty photos and we love you all! Second up, the hermittwt Info Carrd. This was a project by @HERMlTGANG and @HERMITCRFT (has left hermittwt, now goes by @sleepyboyesinc) to help newcomers to understand and join hermittwt! The link is here and I would sincerely recommend checking it out if you'd like to join or even if you're already here! And now, what you guys have been waiting for, yes Daki ratioed Trump.
